Investigate live Duroxide orchestration behavior, session-affined activities, worker routing, hydration/dehydration, and AKS log/DB evidence. Use when tracing which pod ran a session activity, why warm state was missing, or whether a failure was caused by affinity loss, explicit dehydration, or a worker crash.

Add ActivityAdd a new duroxide activity to the runtime. Activities are the durable boundary between the orchestration and session management — they dispatch to ManagedSession or SessionManager methods.Add EventAdd a new event type that flows from the LLM session through to client subscribers. Covers firing the event from ManagedSession, persisting to CMS, and filtering in PilotSwarmSession.on().Add TestAdd a new integration test to PilotSwarm test suite. Tests verify end-to-end flows through PilotSwarmClient, duroxide orchestration, and the Copilot SDK.Add ToolAdd a new tool to PilotSwarm. Covers defining the tool with defineTool(), registering it on the worker (worker-level or per-session), referencing it from the client via toolNames, and adding an integration test.Agent Repair LoopThe order of operations for changing a live package safely — diagnose, patch, publish, converge, verify, roll back. Use whenever you are about to modify an agent package that something is already running on.Agent VersioningUse when creating or editing PilotSwarm .agent.md files, prompt-layer manifests, or builder templates that generate agents. Covers schemaVersion/version frontmatter, SemVer bump guidance, and session.prompt_layers expectations.
