1. Plans
ProfessorGPT may offer the following plans.
Free
- Free of charge.
- Typically includes one lifetime AI skill generation.
- Includes public catalog browsing and limited access.
Pro
- Paid monthly or annual plan.
- Includes a monthly allocation of skill generation credits.
- May include regeneration, improvement, private library, and additional features.
Studio
- Paid plan with higher usage limits, advanced features, and team-oriented capabilities.
- Includes a monthly allocation of skill generation credits.
Enterprise
- Custom pricing, custom limits, and separate enterprise terms.
Plan details, prices, and limits are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. ProfessorGPT may update plans and prices for future purchases. For existing subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
2. Skill generation credits
One skill generation credit generally represents one standard AI-assisted SKILL.md generation.
The following may consume credits:
- creating a new
SKILL.md, - regeneration,
- improvement/refinement,
- each individual skill in a bundle,
- long-form or advanced generation,
- premium model generation.
The following usually do not consume credits:
- filling out builder wizards,
- browsing pages or the public skill catalog,
- copying or downloading existing outputs,
- viewing install commands,
- system-caused failed generations.
Credits are deducted when an AI output is successfully generated. Requests outside the Service scope, unsafe requests, or abuse may be rejected.
3. Payments and invoicing
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record or authorized payment/billing provider during checkout.
Checkout details may include taxes, currency conversion, invoice details, and payment method rules. Lemon Squeezy buyer terms may apply.
ProfessorGPT does not store full payment card numbers.
4. Subscription renewal
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Your payment method may be charged at the beginning of each billing period.
You can view renewal dates, active plans, and cancellation options through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or your ProfessorGPT account billing page.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds
ProfessorGPT provides digital AI generation services. Once a skill generation credit is used or a SKILL.md output is generated, the digital service may be considered delivered and refund rights may be limited.
General rules:
- Used skill generation credits may not be refundable.
- Generated, downloaded, or delivered digital outputs may not be refundable.
- Unused subscription periods may not be automatically refundable.
- If a technical issue caused by ProfessorGPT prevents delivery, we may provide a refund or credit restoration after review.
- Duplicate charges or legally required refunds will be processed.
To request a refund, contact support@professorgpt.ai. Include your order number, account email, payment date, and reason.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a payment dispute, chargeback, or suspected fraudulent transaction occurs, your account may be temporarily suspended while the issue is investigated.
8. Upgrades and downgrades
Plan upgrades may apply immediately or according to the payment provider's rules. Downgrades generally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan changes may affect credits, features, and access limits.
9. Taxes
Taxes such as VAT, sales tax, or similar charges may be calculated at checkout by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may handle certain tax and invoicing obligations as merchant of record.
