1. The Service

ProfessorGPT is a digital SaaS product that helps users create SKILL.md files and related agent skill content for AI agents. Depending on your plan, the Service may include:

  • Skill Builder Pro category and role-based workflows,
  • AI-assisted SKILL.md generation,
  • skill editing, improvement, and regeneration,
  • private skill drafts and library,
  • quality and safety checks,
  • public skill catalog browsing,
  • CLI install command generation,
  • GitHub publish request or future publishing features.

AI outputs are automatically generated. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, testing, and approving any output before using it with an AI agent or production workflow.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate and current information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@professorgpt.ai.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons, abuse, payment issues, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use.

3. Plans, skill generation credits, and usage limits

ProfessorGPT may offer the following plans:

  • Free: limited usage, typically one lifetime skill generation.
  • Pro: monthly skill generation credits and additional features.
  • Studio: higher limits, advanced features, and team-oriented capabilities.
  • Enterprise: custom limits and enterprise terms.

A "skill generation credit" is an in-product usage unit for a standard SKILL.md generation or related AI generation task. Regeneration, improvement, skill bundles, premium model usage, or long-form generation may consume additional credits.

Unless stated otherwise, monthly credits may expire or reset at the end of the billing period and may not roll over.

4. Payments and Lemon Squeezy

ProfessorGPT uses Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payments, invoicing, tax handling, and subscription management. Lemon Squeezy may appear as merchant of record or authorized payment/billing provider during checkout.

Lemon Squeezy buyer terms, payment terms, tax terms, and privacy practices may also apply. ProfessorGPT does not directly store full payment card numbers.

5. User content and intellectual property

Content you submit to the Service — including prompts, wizard selections, descriptions, files, workflows, and other inputs — is "User Content." You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit it.

You authorize us to process User Content to provide the Service, generate outputs, operate and secure the platform, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you may use generated SKILL.md outputs for your own purposes. However:

  • AI outputs may not be unique.
  • Similar inputs may produce similar or identical outputs.
  • You are responsible for verifying output accuracy, legality, security, and suitability.
  • ProfessorGPT retains all rights in the platform, software, UI, workflows, system prompts, datasets, validators, scoring logic, branding, and infrastructure.

6. AI output disclaimer

ProfessorGPT does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, HR, compliance, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. The Service provides drafts, analysis, decision support, structured outputs, and AI-assisted content only.

Before installing or using any generated skill, you should review it for unsafe instructions, tool permissions, scripts or shell commands, external system actions, credential or confidential data risks, prompt injection, legal/financial/medical/HR/compliance boundaries, and required human approval gates.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs are error-free, secure, complete, compliant, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or distribute harmful, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsafe content. Prohibited uses include malware, phishing, spam, fraud, credential theft, unauthorized access, security bypass, harmful automation, prompt injection, unlawful data processing, infringement of third-party rights, and abuse of billing, credits, or platform limits.

8. Service changes and availability

We may modify features, plans, limits, pricing, model providers, integrations, or technical infrastructure. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where required.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service may be affected by maintenance, security issues, payment providers, AI providers, hosting providers, databases, network failures, legal requirements, or force majeure events.

9. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Lemon Squeezy, Vercel, Supabase, AI model providers, GitHub, analytics, email, or support tools. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. ProfessorGPT is not responsible for their outages, errors, pricing changes, or data practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfessorGPT is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service, AI outputs, third-party agents, integrations, or your use of generated skills.

Unless a higher amount is required by mandatory law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. Subscription cancellation should be handled through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal or your account billing page.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security risk, fail to pay, or violate applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts as required by law. Mandatory consumer law provisions remain in force where applicable.
