1. Main characteristics of the service
ProfessorGPT is a digital SaaS service that helps users create SKILL.md files for AI agents. Users select categories, roles, technical stacks, workflows, output formats, and guardrails through Skill Builder Pro or related tools. The system then generates AI-assisted digital skill outputs.
No physical goods are delivered. The Service is provided electronically.
2. Plans, price, and payment
Plan features, monthly/annual price, skill generation credit limits, taxes, and total amount payable are shown on the pricing and checkout pages.
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy buyer terms, tax/invoice terms, and payment rules may apply.
3. Delivery and performance
The digital service is made available electronically after payment is completed and/or the account is activated. AI skill generation outputs are created when the user starts a generation action and may be viewed, copied, or downloaded through the application.
4. Withdrawal rights
Consumer laws in some jurisdictions may provide a right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, digital content or digital services may have exceptions where performance begins with the consumer's consent or where digital output is delivered electronically.
Because ProfessorGPT provides digital AI generation services, once a skill generation credit is used or a SKILL.md output is generated, the relevant digital service may be considered performed. Refund or withdrawal rights may therefore be limited for used credits or delivered digital outputs.
During checkout, users may be asked to acknowledge that performance of the digital service may begin after payment and that withdrawal/refund rights may be limited for used credits or delivered outputs.
